Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Because we work with international suppliers, returns must be approved first.
Please do not send items back without contacting us, as return addresses vary by product and supplier.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

If approved, we will offer:

A replacement at no cost

A full refund
You will not need to return the item unless specifically instructed.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns under these conditions:

The item must be unused and in original packaging

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Return shipping costs can be high due to international suppliers.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped.
Refund Processing
